We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to take on a key role within our team. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing internal reports and financial statements. You will also oversee the preparation and review of monthly reports for our clients in the external accounting department. Your support in the creation of business plans and liquidity overviews for clients will be crucial. You will act as a link between the accounting and advisory departments, ensuring seamless communication, and assist with setting up accounting software. Additionally, you will contribute to business valuation projects and determine the appropriate accounting treatment for transactions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations. As a manager, you will supervise junior staff, guiding them in their professional growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid accounting background with 3-5 years of experience in business advisory or external audit projects. A strong understanding of IFRS is essential, along with fluency in English; knowledge of German would be an asset. You should have a basic understanding of taxation matters and hold a university degree, ideally in Economics or Business. A Certified Accountant qualification is highly desirable.
