To ensure more efficient and easier business operations, the Tax Administration has enabled the online submission of the following forms since January 1:
– Request for refund and transfer of overpaid or incorrectly paid tax,
– Notifications of trade in secondary raw materials and agricultural and forest products
– Notifications about decision of entrepreneurs and farmer entrepreneurs to pay personal wages.
For the first two forms, the Tax Administration still left the possibility to be submitted in writing form, directly in the office of Tax Administration. Novelty is that the notification of entrepreneurs on the payment of personal wages now have to be exclusively submitted electronically on the Tax Administration portal.
